Background information

This is one of the most remarkable technology and engineering developments in science today. Now there is a way to achieve non-surgical skin tightening with minimal pain, no down time, and a fraction of the cost of plastic surgery.

The TITAN™ procedure is a safe, non-surgical process that uses an infrared light source to tighten skin and reverse the signs of aging. The TITAN™ heats the dermis (deep layer of skin) to cause collagen contraction while preserving the epidermis through continuous cooling. In addition, TITAN™ can stimulate long-term collagen rebuilding that leaves clients with younger looking skin.

The TITAN™ procedure treats lax and redundant skin throughout the body – including the abdomen, thighs and underarms – and is also used to tone, lift and tighten skin on the face and neck.

The TITAN™ procedure uses infrared energy which has been found to be much more reliable, with more repeatable and reproducible results in comparison to procedures using radio frequency (RF). Research and clinical trials suggest satisfaction among clients greater than 90%.

The TITAN™ procedure does not injure fat due to the unique optical energy source. Since the TITAN™ procedure heats tissue under the skin surface, clients of ANY skin type can be treated.

What should I expect?

The TITAN™ procedure lasts from 30-60 minutes. With each TITAN™ pulse you will feel a brief heating sensation. Many clients are comfortable without any pain medications. Some are more comfortable taking a mild pain reliever beforehand. Discuss this with Dr. Gandhi at your free consultation.

Immediately after treatment you may notice some redness and mild swelling in the treated area. Both should dissipate within a few hours.

Some clients will see results immediately. However, for most clients the results are gradual over a three to six month period as new collagen is formed and the skin tightens.
