I always look forward to driving to the spa from Washago to spend time at such a beautiful environment. The staff is always accommodating and professional. Since I have had several vibraderm treatments and have been using the Zahrah skincare products, many of my friends have noticed. They have made appointments for their consultations and are excited about sharing the services at Spa Lumina. Thank you for my new healthy skin.
I feel inclined to comment on the service I have recently received from your spa. I have been "spaing" in Barrie for as many years as I have lived here, over 20 years! I have used the services of namely, Skinsational, Solitudes, Rinaldi's, Renaissance, Beauty FX, and various in-home spas. Although I have received good to excellent (as well as poor to questionable) service at these different spas, I have not received the consistently excellent service and welcoming, friendly treatment that I have experienced each time I have been to Spa Lumina! For example, I brought a group of friends for a "spa party' and we certainly received special treatment and had a great time. Also, I brought my 89 year old Mum for a manicure with Lindsay and she was treated so well and enjoyed her time at the spa immensely. Finally, I would like to comment on the therapeutic massages I have been receiving from Katie. I have gone to several massage therapists throughout this year to find the "right fit' of therapist and therapy. I feel I have finally found the therapist for me!! I look forward to continuing to use the services and receiving the friendly welcome from Spa Lumina.

I'm very happy with the treatment at Spa Lumina. I could see my brown spot disappearing in a week.
P.L. had IPL (intense pulsed light) treatment for the one brown spot in the centre of his cheek. The after photo was taken one week after the first treatment. For optimal results, three treatments are needed. These treatments are ideally one month apart. Combining the treatments with dermabrasion can provide even faster results.

H.Z. had a large red area under her left cheek. She has had two IPL treatments to her entire face. The second picture is after one treatment. The third picture is after 8 weeks. You can also see that many of the brown age spots on her right cheek have faded. Most people will require three treatments.
Oh my God! The veins are all gone!
M.J. had many small facial veins that she wanted removed with the laser. The after picture was taken IMMEDIATELY following the laser procedure. The mild redness of the skin in the after photo will last about an hour. Most people will require a touch up treatment four weeks later.
I am very pleased with my Restylane.
H.C.'s picture shows the benefits of Restylane® treatment. Her left cheek has been treated with one - half vial of Restylane. This photo was taken just before the right cheek was treated. One can see how much diminished the marionette line is on the left side is compared to the right. Most people do require one vial of Restylane for both marionette lines.
I am very pleased with how my skin feels. It has tightened up all over my face.
E.B. has had two TITAN™ treatments. Note the reduction of excess skin underneath her jaw. The after photo was taken 8 weeks after starting treatment. The skin will continue to tighten even more over for up to 6 months, and then will stay at that level for a number of years. A skin care maintenance program is essential for the most long lasting effects.
I have had fillers from many plastic surgeons, but no one has done a better job than Dr. Gandhi. He is an artist.
G.L has had half a vial of Restylane® applied to her right marionette lines. The right side of her face now looks softer and smoother when compared to the left side. The Restylane will work for about 4-6 months. We now offer fillers that last even longer, for clients who wish them.
