Spa Lumina has long been a leader in performing combination treatments. Dr. Gandhi has developed many of our protocols, and we have shared these with physicians around the world. With the introduction of the Pearl Laser, we are now able to provide even more combination treatments than ever. These treatments use a number of our technologies in a precise order to deliver even better results than individual treatments alone. Light

This package is designed for people with large pores and poor skin texture. It can also help with scarring, and in particular, will be useful for acne scarring. The goal is to improve the feel of the skin, reduce sun damage and give the skin a much more natural and healthy glow. The package includes the following:

Acne Packages

Acne is a skin disease that affects at least 85% of the population at some point in their lives. It is characterized by both comedones and inflammatory papules (more commonly referred to as pimples). It usually occurs on the face, but can occur on any part of the body. In it’s severest form, it can lead to multiple infections, but can also lead to extreme psychological damage, from low self esteem to depression.

Dr. Gandhi has developed a number of treatments for acne, and Spa Lumina is proud to present these exclusive packages for you.

Calm

The Calm package is our introductory Acne package. It combines the benefits of Vibradermabrasion with Zahrah’s exclusive Anti-Acne kit. The Vibraderm will reduce your pore sizes, making it more difficult for comedomes to form. The Anti-Acne kit will suppress the inflammation, and provide Vitamin A, which will kill the proprionum bacteria, that causes pimples. This package includes:

Control

The Control package is designed for people with either more moderate acne, or people with mild acne, in who topical creams and oral medications have not worked (or are not suitable). The treatment consists of Laser Genesis to reduce pore sizes and IPL to reduce the redness. There is one application of Levulan. Levulan is a medication that is activated by the light in the IPL. Once activated, the Levulan will kill the bacteria that cause acne, and reduce further inflammation. This package includes:

Clarify

This is Spa Lumina’s signature package for the treatment of acne. This package was developed by Dr. Gandhi for Spa Lumina, and has been so successful that he has lectured on this specific technique across Canada, the United States and in other parts of the world. It combines all of the possible acne treatments in a specific order, to give optimal results for severe acne, or acne that is not improved with other treatments. The package includes:
